January Club Meeting

 

When:  January 23, 7:00 p.m.

Where:  Kewaunee City Hall.  Located at 401 5th St. Kewaunee

Program:  Warren and Sue Hingst will give a Power Point presentation titled “Dianthus and Coreopsis, Two Blue Collared Perennials for Your Garden”.

This presentation will look at the selection, culture and propagation of dianthus and coreopsis for the perennial garden.  These low maintenance perennials should find a spot in your garden.  Check out the selection at the next garden club plant sale.

 

 

 

February Club Meeting

 

When: February 27, 7:00 p.m.

Where:  Knudson Hall, aka The Dugout, in Algoma.  Knudson Hall is located on the Algoma lakefront across from the marina.

Program:  The program for the evening will be a presentation by Penny Lemberger on the gardening project at the Algoma Middle School.  Penny is the science teacher at the Middle School and the garden club has given some financial support in the past for the gardening project.
